Health and Safety

For so many of us, travel is a rewarding part of our lives that enables us to connect and be inspired. At 18 Grapes Boutique Hotel, we always take the necessary precautions to protect your wellbeing, along with that of your fellow travelers and our employees. In light of the current crisis we have heightened our already stringent practices regarding food handling, sanitization,
disinfection and cleaning, reinforced by guidance from local health authorities, in the context of the current situation in the country and region of operations.
We take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, implementing new guidelines: In response to the coronavirus, we have taken additional measures developed in consultation with global and local public health authorities (including the WHO) to make our cleaning and hygiene protocols even more rigorous: Our hotel teams are receiving
ongoing briefings and enhanced operating protocols.
We have increased the frequency of cleaning our public areas (including lobbies, reception, door handles, public bathrooms, etc.) and have continued the use of hospital-grade disinfectant. We will continue to adjust food and beverage service in accordance with current food safety recommendations. We have increased the deployment of hand sanitizers and the provision of masks and gloves upon request.

Ultimate Flexibility – Book with Confidence

In these challenging times, we understand that your travel plans are significantly impacted and that it is very difficult to plan ahead. As a trusted guest, we wish to support you in the following ways:
♦  If you have an existing booking, we offer total flexibility to help you change the dates for the next 18 months.

♦  If you are planning a trip in the near future, we wish to make your decision as easy as possible and will, therefore, ensure you that you can cancel or amend any booking up to 7 days before arrival if you are forced to change your plans.

♦  Any booking made from 21 st of May with an arrival date up to 31st October 2020 can be amended at no charge at any rate plan if communicated in writing or by email to the hotel no later than the date mentioned at the confirmed reservation.
