Our Chef comes from a family that was involved in restaurant business.

His Career started in 2012 , and he worked in well known restaurants such as Seaside by Notos in Santorini and Pesca in Amsterdam.

After traveling to England and Holland he Discovered Naxos and fell in love with the island and the fantastic local produce.

That led him to join 18 Grapes Boutique Hotel and bring his creative Greek cuisine along.

It is based on traditional flavors and modern techniques.

And it combines Greek traditional Cuisine with influences from Asia and America.
